My family has been working with Claiborne Associates for many years. Laurence is a true professional and always available. This past year Laurence came down and met with my wife and I a number of times (6 or 7) while we planned for a large landscaping project in our backyard. Not only was he incredibly patient, he was accommodating and creative. Even beyond all that the cost was fair. We absolutely love the final project and have received numerous compliments. Laurence is a man of his word and we are very happy to be working with him.

We've been using Claiborne Associates for several years and have been extremely happy with their service. We started using them for our weekly lawn maintenance, as well as spring & fall clean up. They revived our property and got our lawn looking its best. The team at Claiborne associates are always accessible, friendly, and courteous. Recently Laurence and his team have helped our backyard vision come to life by installing a new TimberTech deck complete with recessed lighting, designed and executed an all purpose sports court that exceeded our kids expectations, and even worked side by side with our pool company as we redesigned our pool by installing all new blue stone coping and revamping the brick work around our pool. The entire process was seamless. Laurence and his team are true professionals and manage every project as if it were their own. We recently used Claiborne Associates this past summer to help us with our renovation project. From the planning process through the execution everything went smooth. It started with Laurence meeting with us a few months prior to discuss our vision and was able to bring our 20’x 30’ patio to life. I have worked with Claiborne Associates for nearly 10 years and the quality of work is second-to-none. Laurence and his landscaping team are diligent, timely and genuinely care about the work they do. Last year, Laurence built a waterfall in my backyard. He balances his personal aesthetic with the client’s ideas. Throughout the project he listened and was flexible when we incorporated new ideas into his design. Laurence completed the project on time in the midst of a busy season. He has a friendly and easy going disposition.

Our landscaping job was a HUGE project that we thought about doing for months. I originally had planned on interviewing a few different landscape companies. Laurence from Claiborne Associates Inc happened to be the first and the last. He came by and we went through the whole property together for hours. He is extremely knowledgeable in regards to all phases of the project from the initial layout to discussing a variety of planting options, different styles and looks, to meeting me at the nursery and showing me all available options on planting. While we were there he himself handpicked the plantings of my choice. He wasn’t shy in steering me in a different direction, a direction that was not about buying the more expensive planting or tree but what would look the best and thrive well in our backyard. He just knows his stuff really well.

From day one, to the end of the project, the crew was awesome! They arrived on time every day; were very courteous and friendly, and truly appeared invested in doing the best work possible. What was very important to me was that Laurence was there every day and not just for a few minutes but the majority of the day. Constantly going through everything and the plantings and the layout. Looking over everyone’s work, very meticulous. Another major point for me was throughout the process Laurence was always open to my questions and quickly responded to, and resolved, any concern I may have had! It was truly a pleasure to work with such a professional, dedicated person/team. Many neighbors have stopped by to tell us how beautiful the landscaping looks. There are lots of companies out there for sure, but since this experience I have recommended everyone use Claiborne Associates Inc for all their landscape needs.

Laurence and the team at Claiborne Associates Inc, approach to our job from the very beginning was very professional. We started discussing converting our deck to a patio, and also adding a sports court. During the process, Laurence showed great skill in guiding us and laying out all options available to us to transform our backyard - using the latest technology available to help us visualize, and showed great patience with us throughout! Laurence was even able to assist in the best ways to move forward regarding materials, meeting us or advising us where to go.

On top of that, Laurence and his team were very respectful of our property and took good care to ensure that the work area and the surrounding areas were all taken excellent care of. I also very much appreciated the amount of time Laurence was personally here from the beginning to see the project through - also noticed by anyone who was with us. I love our backyard, and guests do as well, commenting how beautiful it is! I am looking forward to using Claiborne Associates Inc. again, and referring the team to my friends.
